1. Terms of Use

Welcome to Rayboslabel’s website rayboslabel.com (the “Site”) is owned by Rayboslabel and operates with the tradename Rayboslabel.

Except as otherwise noted, these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Site. Please read them carefully, since your visit to the Site—and activities you partake in herein, including placing an order, serve as your agreement to be bound by them. In other words, your use of the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by them, you should not access or use the Site, or place any orders herein.

We reserve the sole right to change the Site and these Terms at any time. We’ll post these changes here, and suggest you review these Terms each time you access the Site.

2. Copyright

All of the content you see on the Site, including, but not limited to, page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips and text (collectively, the "Content") is the exclusive property of Rayboslabel and/or is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Rayboslabel, by any affiliate or third party that’s licensed or assigned their rights, interests and/or materials to us.

The Content is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. and other applicable copyright laws, and Rayboslabel owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the Content. Both the Content and the Site are intended solely for the personal and non-commercial use of the users of our site.

You may download, print and store selected portions of the Content, but only if (1) you use any such copies of the Content only for your own personal and non-commercial use, (2) you do not copy or post the Content on any network computer or broadcast the Content in any media and/or in any form or format, (3) you do not modify or alter the Content in any way, or delete or change any copyright or trademark notice, and (4) you properly credit all intellectual property rights. Rayboslabel reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as noted above, you may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer or create derivative works from the Content without first obtaining the express written permission of Rayboslabel.

3. PRIVACY

We take our customers’ privacy very seriously. When you create a user account, purchase a product online, or answer one of our surveys, you may choose to give us basic information including your name, email, mailing address and phone number. This allows us to process your transactions more efficiently, and to give you a higher caliber of customer service. Furthermore, for custom orders it might be necessary for you to provide us with your name, brand, logo, etc (“Customer’s logo”). The Customer’s logo provided will be used for no other purpose than completing the related order. We will not share the Customer’s logo with any third parties except the supplier producing the goods.

We take all reasonable steps to protect our customers’ personal information against loss, misuse, and alteration. We will not share any customer information with third parties except when required to complete and process an order. We do not receive any bank or credit card information from you when you place an order as all payments are processed via trusted, highly-secured and widely-used payment providers.

We are using Google Remarketing Tools to advertise to visitors of our site.

We will send related information, promotions and special discounts to the email address you provide to us. However, you may opt-out from receiving these emails at any time by sending an e-mail to info@rayboslabel.com.

We follow a strict privacy code regarding children and do not knowingly accept personal information from any child. If it is brought to our attention that a subscriber is underage, we will immediately remove all personal and identifiable information from our records in compliance with the Online Children Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We will not disclose this information to any other companies.

4. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you visit rayboslabel.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Rayboslabel will send related information, promotions and special discounts to the email address provided by its customers unless a customer indicates he/she no longer wants to receive these emails communications (opt-out) by sending an e-mail to info@rayboslabel.com.

5. ACCOUNT

If you use the Site and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Wunderlabel and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

6. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

Vistors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Rayboslabel reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, you grant Rayboslabel and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Rayboslabel and its associates the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Rayboslabel or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Rayboslabel has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Rayboslabel takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

7. DISCLAIMER

The Site and the Content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of the Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of the Site, and that Rayboslabel shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Rayboslabel harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify Rayboslabel from all claims of third parties including intellectual property right claims related to a name, logo, brand, design or any other form of intellectual property you provide to us.

9. TERMS GOVERNING PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

General: For the purposes of this section only, "you" refers to a customer who purchases products from Rayboslabel. When you purchase a product from us, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price. This price, including delivery fees and taxes, if any, is to be paid in full at the time your order is placed. Rayboslabel reserves the right to cancel the order and reimburse possible payments, if the goods ordered are not available. In this case, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability of the goods.

Address changes: In case order or address information needs to be changed after your order is placed, Rayboslabel will make a reasonable effort to adjust the order or address; nevertheless, if costs have already been incurred, you will have to either accept the original order at the original price or pay additional charges to remake and/or ship the goods.

Delivery time: We will use our best efforts to create and deliver the product(s) you order within 2 weeks; however, delivery time is not guaranteed. Rayboslabel is not liable and will not pay for claims for any direct or consequential loss caused by delivering the product 3 weeks or more after the order date.

Quality issues: It is your responsibility to notify Rayboslabel of any issue with your product within 30 days after delivery and, if applicable, send us corresponding photo(s). Rayboslabel will work with you to meet your expectations regarding the quality of your products. If we are not able to meet these quality expectations, we offer a full refund. See next section for our return policy.
